Senior Broker Associate
The Senior Broker Associate role at Hendrick Financial is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the broker support team, managing workflow, and driving efficiencies to support continued growth in volume. Working closely alongside the Senior Broker and Managing Director, you’ll ensure files progress smoothly, compliantly and to a high standard, lead and mentor team members, improve systems and processes, and support business scalability.
This role suits an organised, proactive and values‑driven leader with strong operational experience in mortgage broking, a passion for structure and efficiency, and a collaborative mindset. In return, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the business, supported by a values‑led culture that treats its people like family and its clients like kin.
Mortgage Broker
At Hendrick Financial, our brokers do more than arrange loans — they build trusted, long‑term relationships and help clients navigate some of life’s most important financial decisions.
As a Mortgage Broker at Hendrick, you’ll deliver thoughtful, compliant lending advice aligned to clients’ short‑ and long‑term goals, manage relationships from first conversation through settlement and beyond, and work collaboratively with our team and trusted referral partners.
This role suits a self‑motivated, organised and driven broker who is committed to building their own referral networks, values empathy over ego, relationships over transactions, and takes pride in doing things properly.
